The reefs are accesses by a short boat trip and they are many and exceptional. The deep water of the Somosomo Straight feeds into a reef system that is teeming with a variety of soft and hard corals as well as a variety of fish.
Directly in front of the resort at high tide the water is usually clear and there are lots of critters and fish.

Viani Bay Resort have been growing hard coral for over 5 years.
its possible to visit the farm by arrangement. Marina or Jone will guide you through the process.
